Election Fraads at Denver Resell in

DENVER. Jan. 20. Additional arrests
have been made as a result of an Investf
gstlon of charges of fraud at the recent
elections. The persons arrested are Mrs.
Ella J. Caldwell. Herman Castner and Wil
liam Barter, who served a election Judges
or clerks In December, when charter de!e
gstes were chosen.
Bonds were furnished and they were re
leased pending trial. They are charged
with "willfully, corruptly and negligently
violating the election laws."
There are now eleven persons resting
under rhargea of frauds st elections and
healing will begin on Saturday.
