found on a dresser near by.

by I. J. Dunn against the Diamond saloon.
1311 Douglas street, where It was al'.eged
gambling waa being earrled on and where
gambling fixtures wera alleged, to be In

Dunn waa acting In very bad faith In the
caae, being actuated primarily by a, desire
for revenge rather than td enforce the
