with Assistant State Engineer Parsuall,
who Is resident hydrographer for Wyoming,
relative to Investigations to bo made nn
tho hendauarters of Crow creek, no-th
of Cheyenne, whero It Is proponed to re
servo the land from entry and reservoir alt
of tho surplus water for tho use of tho city
of Cheyenne.
Mr. Fitch has returned from Sweotwator
county, whero ho went over the site of the'
proposed reservoir to Moro tho waters of
tho Big Sandy. The proposition to divert
water from that stream and Irrigate a vnst
stretch of land In that section will bo
thoroughly Investigated and Mr. Parsball
of Cheyenne will assist in the work.

the heavy rainfall during the past two days
