At last night's meeting of the Board of Education Member Robert Smith Introduced a resolution providing that Janitors who havo scned five years, who arc recommended by the committee on heat and ventilation, and approved by eight members of the board, shall bo placed on the permanent list. Janitors who secure a place on the permanent list ran be dismissed only after charges against them aro considered at two meetings nnd after len members ,oto to remove them.
