this case tho city reserves tho right to
reject any or all bids and to make nwards

Heads of tho various departments have
made estimates ot their needs for six
months. It Is estimated that 12,440 poumlE

peddler wagons will bo needed, according
to Inspector Jones. Treasurer Koiitaky
