will be required , without unnecessary de

cattle-proof , wire fence ; all fences and
other Improvements shall revert to the In

at the expiration of the kases. No pasture
on the Klown and Comnnciie reservation
that Is already under fence will bo leased
far less than 10 cents per acre per annum ,
and no unfcncsd pasture on said reserva
tion will be leased for less than 8 cents per
acre for the llrst year and 10 cents per
aero for each of the Bccond nnd third ycnts.
The bidder must clearly deslpnate the pas
