time of the first publication of this notice ,

law have been Instituted to recover any of
the debts secured by any of said mortgages ,
or any part thereof.
Now , therefore , notice Is hereby given
that the undersigned mortgagees will sell
alt the above described property , at the
building lately occupied by the said West
ern Electrical Supply company at Its store ,
known as numbers 1515 and 1517 Howard
street , In thu city of Omaha Doughs county ,
Nebraska , on the 14th day of October , 1SU7 ,
at ten o'clock In tbe forenoon of said day ,
at public auction , to the highest bidder
