equalizes the rates charged for the trans-
portatlon of. goods. upon a fair. just and

with a dtscrlminatlonclmarged against them
by ttho merchantfr and business men of the

that the Commercial club of Omaha and
the merchants and shippers have complained
to them , as receivers , of the Union Pacific
