A. : Campbell , will preside nt a polished oak desk at the right of the full b nch. All at this artistic now furniture has been mounted upon . a new platform raised about sIx inches from the main floor of the court room. The new chairs were made to order , and are provided : wIth ball bearings which obviates any annoying - flaying squeak which might grate harshly on the ears of both bench and bar Chief Justice Norval Justices Post and JIarrlson and Commhslonen Hynn , Ragan and Irvine were busy all the afternoon In time consultation room of the supreme court. The court this term has I'sued the following - Ing notice : "The very large number ot cases pending tn the court for hearing render It necessary that the court adhere strictly to the rule to examine records In cases submitted , each afternoon at the days that court Is ln se.alon.
