M. Perry which se.ms to positively prove Strange's guilt on n most serious charge against him. When the prosecution of Strange commenced , the clt- i zens' commitee alleged that he had fraudulently - lenty secured the alowanc of $1,500 In the I name of John Perry. I held that this money was net pal out for any service done the county and In fact Strange stole It. Strange proceeded to get affidavits from a man who called himself John Perry , and who was found at Yankton.
