Tbo county np- pealed , and the supreme couit now reverses the decision of the lower court. Tbo second decision wis In the case of J. Ij , Stewart against tbo city of Council Bluffs. A fire broke out near Paradise prairie , northeast of Guthrie , Saturday night nnd swept down tbo Cltnarron valley , doinir n great amount of damage. A number of cattle were burned. Cimunon City was in the path of the llamcs und but three houses wcro lull standing. The people of the village bad a hard light with the llamcs and a number of them wore severely burned. Hundreds of tons of hay and over 1,000 bushels of corn were destroyed In that vicinity.
