Shorts The University of Nebraska Founda tion has received a gift of $338,000 from the estate of the late Mrs. Ruth Glandt to establish the Alvin C. and Ruth J. Glandt Memorial Scholarship at UNL. The fund will aid needy undergrad uate students at UNL. Mrs. Glandt, who died in May of 1983, was the widow of Alvin C. Glandt, a former vice president of First Nation al Bank and Trust Co. of. Lincoln. Mr. Glandt died in 1975. , United States Senators J.
