Both the playhouse and Kimball will be featuring fun, light plays in the upcoming months. Scapino, a comedy set in modern day Naples, will be presented at the Lincoln Community Playhouse from June 22 through 30. Written by Frank Dunlap and Jim Dale, it is an update of the French dramatist Moliere's Scapine. The plot involves the match of two star-crossed lovers, said Ross McCul lough, managing director of the play house. "We were looking for some basically light summertime entertainment, some thing fun to see," McCuMough said. Tryouts for Scapino are scheduled for May 7 and 8.
