Next season the Huskers will move into the new sports complex. It had been hoped the $14.2 million structure would be ready this season, but strikes delayed its completion. It only seemed fitting that Jhe Huskers were led in the finale by Jerry Fort and center Larry- Cox with 25 points apiece. Cox and guards Fort and Steve Willis, all seniors, made their final home appearance in the Coliseum.
