CSL picks new head UNL Chancellor James Zumberge has named Donald Shaneyfelt, assistant dean of the Law College, new chairman of the Council on Student Life, it was announced Thursday. Shaneyfelt replaces Franklin Eldridge, director of resident instruction for the College of Agriculture, who resigned this summer. On another matter, the council bounced up against another roadblock on its student membership problem. Although it was discovered that bylaws were amended in 1970 to permit more than two student members from the same college, it is recommended that one member be from East Campus. No CSL student member is currently enrolled in either the College of Agriculture or Home Economics. Although no official decision on the membership problem was reached, the council recommended that ASUN review the matter. fAHHrhnnct nnrkmrt r4VI IUI lriAl IXII 1 permits available Campus security reports that a limited number of commuter parking permits will be made available for the lot near 10th and T Streets, in the area of the 501 Building.
