This week Chancellor Clif ford Hardin attended the fifth in a series of informal Board of Regents Seminars which are designed to inform citi zens and help them better un derstand the educational pro gram of the University. After the Seminar Hardin flew to San Francisco to .at tend a meeting of the Ameri can Council of Education. He is a member of the Board.
