All the Christian student
groups are to meet at Cotner
House at 4 p. m. and will pro
ceed from there to Pioneers Park
lor a picnic. Everyone is to bring
a sack lunch.
There will be no Friendly dur
ing exam week.
Methodist.
Delta Sigma Thtta will hold a
business meeting at 6:00 p. m
Friday, May 21, at the Methodist
student house.
There will be a Friendly Friday
party at the student house at
8:00 p. m., May 21.
Installation of Wesley Founda
tion Student Council will be held
at St. Paul church at 7:00, May
23. The installation will be pro
ceeded by supper and a fellow
ship program.
Presbyterian.
There will be a Work Party
starting at 8 a. m., Saturday,
May 22.
The final picnic will be held at
3 p. m., Sunday, May 23.
Those wishing to play soft
ball will meet at the Presby
House at 3:00 and the rest will
meet at the Presby House at
5:00. There will be transportation
for both groups at these times.
The Rev. Edward Jeambey
will lead vespers at Pioneers
Park at ' 7 p. m. following the
picnic.
Coke-tail hour will be held
during exam week between 4
p. m. and 5:30 p. m.
Student Artists
In Park Show
Several university artists will
appear in the Pioneer Park Pine
wood Bowl variety show Sunday
night, it was announced by Miss
ixorma carpenter oi me JLincoin
chamber of commerce.
The two-hour variety show is a
part of the "Lincoln Days" cele
bration, May 21 through May 24,
she said.
John Carson, student of the
radio and speech department, will
perform his well-known act of
ventriloquism and the brass en
semble of the school of music
will p resent a series of numbers
under the direction of Robert
Stepp.
Contralto Kathryn Dean, , in
atructor in music, will sine
"thank God for a Garden" by
