The 16-man Husker squad op poses the University of Missouri at Columbia, April 23 and 24 and Iowa State college at Ames, April 26 and 27. Coach Tony Sharpe has four men on the injury list, although three of them will make the junket. Fred Hegwood of Omaha is out for the season with a broken leg. He was hitting .414 for six games. Tom Novak of Omaha, with a dislocated finger, Angelo Ossino of Omaha, with a charley horse, and Wesley Maser of Lincoln, with a sprained ankle, are the other varsity injuries. Sandstedt to Start. The Cornhuskers will run in the 4-mile, 880 and 440-yard re lays. Coach Ed Weir said, besides appearing in several of the open events. Don Morrison and Stan Martin will run in the open 2-mile. They will join with Harold Kopft and Russell Hale to form the 4-mile team. Dick Hutton, Harry Meginnis, Don Vollertseen and Alan Thomp son will run the 440 and 880-yard relays. Hutton and Thompson also will run in the 100 yard dash, ridcrit Improves. Dick Pidcrit will compete in the shot put. In three practice throws Wednesday. Pidcrit better ed 50 feet. His best toss was 51 feet 2 inches. Jim Myers will compete in the pole vault. Don Cooper, who ag gravated his sprained ankle early in the week, was shelved again by the injury. Jim Martin, Big Seven indoor half mile champion, had not re covered sufficiently from tetanus shots to make the trip. Baseball Sealing Capacity Larger Nebraska university has in creased its seating capacity to 2,586 for home baseball games with the addition of 1,200 bleach er seats, George (Potsy) Clark announced. Over-flow crowds at Nebras ka's first home games last week prompted Cornhusker officials to enlarge the bleachers. After a four game road trip to Missouri and Iowa State, the Huskers return to meet Kansas here May 3 and 4. Two University of Nebraska baseballers batted their way into the .400 circle against Kansas State last week. Bob Grogan of Lincoln tops the field with a .417 average in six games. He has collected 15 hits, including three doubles and a triple, in 36 times at bat. Fred Hegwood of Omaha, who has led Cornhusker batters the past two years, is in second place, hitting a nifty .414.
