Successful candidates will be the new executive council and : will take office at the beginning i of the fall term with the present 1 council serving thru the summer. Pub lic Law 16 veterans who do not receive prior approval from the Veterans Administration for non attendance at Summer School will not be re-enrolled under the pro visions of Public Law 16 for the fall semester of 1947-1948 until they have received such approval from the Veterans Administration Warning. With the addition of Colorado to the Big Six all present mem bers had better be alert when the Mountain boys come to town. Col orado has already served notice of her strength in several depart ments with decisive wins over Nebraska in baseball and track this year. The Colorado entry will offer fine competition in all sports and the outcome should be for a better conference in the future. The Big Six next year will be dominated by Nebraska coaches. Kansas has the great George Sauer, Kansas State his signed Sam Francis to lead activities for them, and we have Bernie Master son to coach the Huskers.
