BY GRACE SMITH AND
BARB TURK.
The fatal hour has arrived when
the first six weeks are over, and
last semester s grades arc out.
Happy or sad, this is going to be
a relaxing weekend for all.
What is this that we hear about
Bob "Fearless" Reed's new at
traction to Alice Christianson?
We would say that old Fearless is
stepping into some very cute and
delicate territory. Then there's
the new deal between lover Lee
Levan and Mary Kay May. The
luck of some women, and pretty
good at that . . .
Tired of It All.
Tiring of the same old campus
routines, Jan Enjile leaves for Se
attle, Wash., on March 20 to spend
two weeks with fiance Louis
Kramer. While there, she will
take in the Sigma Nu annual Pig
Dinner. Weekend plans for Leo
Sullivan run along this same line.
He plans a trip to Kansas City
with main objective to patch up
current love life . . . What is
Shirle Cumming's point of view
on this situation?
Another weekend of parties and
play is rolling around, and we
misht add that anyone included
is in for some extra special en-
teitainment. The Alpha Xi Delta
formal dance tonight will be the
center attraction for Barb Boyd
wiih Russ Minnier; Claire Woddcr
wilh Wes Rounds; Mary Hope
Hamilton with Bill Thorton: and
Lynn Hazelton with Chuck Peake.
Taking in the Phi Psi party will
be Jack Wilson with Sally Stuht;
Bud Brown with home town
flame, Irene Filmer;-and Dick
Knutsen with Virginia De Forrest.
Van Kctzler will be there wilh
Beity Ann Taylor.
Another?
Ah yes another pinning. This
lime Dana Rassmusen and Marv,
Fian Irwin are doing the honors.
Mustn't forget to mention the
itrady deal between Dale Hanway
itn.-l Joyce Smith. Best of luck 1o
hi' ol you. I
Pike dales for the weekend will i
be Meredith Bowhay with Johnny I
B'.itmer. and Bill Levine with
Mrrge Benson. Other dates in- i
elude Loe Docker with Ray Gross
man: Mary Margaret Loisel with
Ralph Reeves: and Billie Trombla

pinmate and former beauty queen
Dorothy Black of New York. Oh
these happy reunions By the
way, what is this we hear about
Shirley Crosby going home with
"Curly" Elwood to spend spring
vacation? Must be something, or
is it fascination?
The Sigma Kappas are planning
what amounts to a mass exodus
to Kearney during spring vaca
tion, when and if the final date
is arranged; however, at least two
of them aren't too sure about
whether they'd feel at home as
Dunne Mattson's girl is coming
out from Pennsylvania that week.
Finishing up with one last
word without love, life is a matcti
that doesn't strike . . . might as
well be a freshman's creed what
with spring near and nine o'clock
seeming earlier and earlier . . .
