Seems that when Phi Psl Carl has left the usual coking places Harnsberger made up with his "fi about as uninspiring as a class- ance" Cay, he really left a lasting room, and the Union steps, porches impression with a transferred and terraces now afford the excel- grease-paint moustache W lent vantage point for seeing who's fnnight the Thetas about with whom. WhaCs this about Fiji EDOC Jerry Spahn, and the fatal attraction he has over one of the Stephens girls he and Pat Lynch visited last week end? Not only is the gal coming up next week end to see "Pete," but she's taking a plane, in order not to miss a moment's fun, no doubt. Another steady deal is that of Pi Phi Marge Kruse and Jim Bush. To be married May 3, at Kelly Field, are Janet Smith Due to erroneous information which was obtained by a staff member yesterday, the DAILY ran a story concerning the number of men and women who were recog nized at the Honors Convocation. The story stated that 20 percent more men were honored than women. Of the 607 students whose names appeared on the program, 374 were men and 233 women. Therefore according to these facts 60 percent of the honor students were men. However, it must be considered that there are 4,218 men registered in the university and 2,262 women. Using these figures, 8.9 percent of the men were honored and 10.3 percent of the women. It was also erroneously stated that Prof. L. B. Smith, chairman of the convocation committee, an nounced these figures which ap peared in yesterday's DAILY. Engineers who worked all of yes terday afternoon to paint the blackboard signs advertising their open house, Ivy Day night, will have to do the job all over again in some of the rooms of social sciences. Pranksters got at the signs and changed "Open" to "Out" in the signs which now read "Engineers' Out Hoiftie." Sophomores at Stratford col lege recently staged a fashion show to bolster class funds. tomorrow night.
