BY THE HAUNTER
For those of you who like pref
aces, we offer this, a preface. This
tiiily dissertation is scribbled each
clay in a personal manner In view
of the fact that we are interested
in each other and the little things
of our college life. It is not writ
ten to libel or blacken anyone's
reputation and this author would
greatly appreciate it if each reader
would accept the facts as they are
here printed. Please waste no ef
fort in misconstruing statements
about your buddies found under
the Haunter and Hauntrcss heads.
In other words, all incidents and
characters found here are not pho
ney and any similarities to actual
ity are deliberate, but we assure
you that if we do not say a person
was drunk, he was not drunk.
Now, do you know what we mean?
u w- . . . i.l A.
Maryauna, this is the closest we
could come to pushing Sigma Nu;
that is, by writing up D(j. It was
said by a wise man at one time
or other that the Delta Gamma
house was not a sorority, it was
the isigma Nu annex.
here is a mass candy passing
on loot netween the anchor Jose
ephinos and the white star boys.
1- rom those houses there are the
possible nicotine and dextrose com
binations in the ofling: Harry
Haynie and Mary Margaret Maly,
Harold Ledford and Natalie Hhe-
lander. Jack Bingenhcimer and
Betty Jean Davidson, Harold Ath
erlon and Evelyn Young, Virginia
I.a and Everett Deger, and Asth
ma Dobson and Frances Boldman
We might also say that Joe Filling
should be settling down with a DCJ
if the young army of romances
wait a lew weeks. With whom, we
are not ready to say.
Others who owe candy to the
Diity Gerls are "Bing" Crosby,
Beta, and Katherinc Huwalt; Bob
Miller, Phi I'Si, am! Maxinc Kings

Doit's Beta pin by Eileen Doncly,
and George Rosen's: Delt hardware
by Frannie Marshall. Incidentally
we understand that the latter pos
sessed Rosy'g pin for a while and
then lost it. He has now purchased
a new one, but this one he has re
tjined thus far. Jim Stuart and H.
