Roger Wilkerson s orchestra will provide the music. Mrs. O. C. Anderson the house mother, Mr. and Mrs K. M. Arndt, and Mr. and Mrs. S la. Farrell will be chaperons. Club Schedules Party. The Childhood Education club will give its annual kid party for all students majoring in element ary education, Thursday at Ellen Smith hall from 5:30 to 8 o'clock It is to be a costume party, and prizes will be given for the cutest and the funniest costume. After dinner, which will be served at 6 o'clock, everyone will take part in representing a rural school. Mem bers of the department staff will act as chaperons. The committees in charge Serving, Grace Young; tickets, Madeline Raymond, Betty Kelley, Mary Jane Hughes, Mildred Kipp, Mildred Russell: entertainment, Elizabeth Barber. Gladys Zutter acted as chairman of all commit tees. Club Holds Meeting". The Lutheran club will hold a meeting at 3:15 o'clock in the Temple, room 203, Friday night. A special program has been planned. There will be violin num bers by Charles Elliot, vocal selec tions by Ronald Thompson, and piano selections by Mrs. Robbe. The feature of the evening will be the speaker, Dr. Gould .Wickey of Washington, D. C. Dr. Wickey is executive secretary of the United Lutheran clubs. Commit tee chairmen are Anne Marie Rehtus, who is in charge of the entertainment, and Althea Scheidt, chairman of the refreshment com mittee. Announce Engagement. Mary Jane Hughes of Pi Beta Phi sorority and Dick Joy, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, informally an nounced their engagement Monday night when they passed the candy and cigars at their respective bouses.
