In a loosely played but hard
fought football game at the Ag
college Thursday afternoon Row
land a team defeated Mike Busbee's
"cow college" boys by a score of
13 to 0.
Taylor and Drewelow showed up
well as ball luggers on Rowland's
aggregation. These two boys are
from Cotner college and Doane re
spectively. Because they have
more than ten hours of university
credit they will be unable to play
in the games scheduled for the
regular freshman squad so they are
contenting themselves in the
league.
The teams coached by Knight
and Rowland are now tied for ftrnt
place in the league, each having
won one and tied one game.
Any men In achool are eligible
for these league teams and It isn't
too late now to start getting out.
