C, on the "Empress of Asia", June 9, for hr home in Manila. Although her plans are not defin ite Miss Boomer may do newspaper work on the Manila Daily Bulletin. Her father, J. F. Boomer, is an alum nus of Nebraska, and her mother at tended the University of Nebraska for three years. Miss Boomer has lived all her life, except the years she has spent attending the univer sity, in Manila, and is well-informed on affairs of the Philippines.
