To Take Measurements
For Military Uniforms
Juniors in the advanced military
science courses and members of the
band will report for uniform mea
surement in the locker room in the
basement of the Armory Saturday
morning from 8 to 1 o'clock accord
ing to a memorandum issued yester
day by Lieutenant Colonel Jewett.
There are a few uniforms on hand,
which will be issued. They are of
better material than the ones to be
made in New York, store room em
ployees say.
No Data Rules At Missouri.
Women students at the University
of Missouri may date on any night
of the week according to the new
regulations adopted this year.
A grand total of 70 Smiths enroll
ed as students in the University of
Wisconsin this year.

Helen Wills, University of Califor
nia junior and the nation's best
woman tennis player, has just been
elected to Thl Beta Kappa, the na
tional scholastic honor society. To
gain membership, Miss Wills had to
be credited with at least slxtv units
of "A" grades, which means that she
has attained the highest marks in
nearly all of her studies.
