Two-Story Addition
Furnishes New Rooms
The Temple has been greatly im-
wrrtvikA hv the addition of a new
inr which was completed about
Seotember 1. Work was started on
the new adition about July 1.
Two brick stories were construct
ed above the cafeteria, between two
of the old wings. The cost of con
otruction was approximately $12,
000, which was low, since three of
ih walls were already in position
and material for the new roof was
taken from the old roof, formerly
over the cafeteria.
This improvement adds approxi
mately 3,200 square feet of floor
space to the Temple. Two class
rooms which will be used by tho
dramatic arts department, and two
offices for the department will oc
cupy the first floor of the addition.
The second floor will be composed of
two rest-rooms.
COLORADO Polo practice start
ed for the Aggies Tuesday when the
twenty polo ponies furnished by the
government arrived. If the team is
in good shape by Christmas they will
probably go to the intercollegiate
tournament at San Antonio.
