Perhaps some students experienced a pang of regret as they climbed to the third story back classroom for the last tlmo to listen, or maybe to sleep, through a final lecture. If the' Individual did not mourn at saying farewell, the skies did for they have wept copiously for days. No more is it a question of to flunk, or not to flunk. The deed is done and recorded indelibly an" in effaceable record is credited to each in accordance with his deserts. For a few, final examinations may be the deciding straw, but that is a gamble with chance. Now it is hail and farewell for "all things must change to something new and something strange; nothing that is tan pause or stay." Mailt F:ditor for this loe. EDWARD M. Every phase of university life is brought out with words and pictures. Not only will the book bring each possessor pleasure now, but in the years to come i will bring back happy remembrances of pleasant schooldayys. Perhaps, some of Ne braska sons and daughters pictured here may be figures of national im portance in world events. V.Tio knows. There school day picture will be most interesting then. EXIT THE NEBRASKAN Another year has passed, and again the Daily Nebraskan says "Goodbye" to its readers. It is with regret that they present their typewriters and for the last staff closes their desks snd covers time goes to the gluepot to repair a tear in a sheet of paper hastily with drawn from one of the machines. The years has been a pleasant one for the members of the editorial staff. They have met many faculty members and students in their work and the associations, and friendships formed, have been profitable. An experiment was triei the sec for Managing Editor. She has done ond semester that of having a co-ed her work faithfully and well. Staff members, however, are only human and many an interesting story has not been reported, or has been covered late. At all times, neverthe less, the staff has given everything in its power to make the paper one worthwhile to Nebraska, students. Every member of the staff joins in a "Farewell" and "may you all have a splendid summer."
