The Lutheran Club of the Univer
sity enjoyed a pleasant outing Fri
day evening at Antelope Park. The
fore part of the evening was spent
in roasting wienies, followed by play
ing games.

porates the '.Archaeological Review"
and the "Folk Ixre Journal." contains
the text of n song known through
oral transmission to Mr. J. R. Uarron
ot Lincoln, with a short account m
the song bv Miss Louise round of the
Depart mont of Knglish of the Univer
sity of Nebraska. The song was
brought to Lincoln from the Shetland
islands and reflects mediaeval cus
toms and n mediaeval song manner.
It was secured from Mr. Uarron by
L. C. Wimborly of the University.
University of Michigan Those in
charge of the second University Fresh
Air camp have sent out a call to men
on the campus to volunteer as leaders
at the camp during the coming sum
mer. Three hundred city kids will
be given a taste cf the great outdoors
in a series of four ten-day periods.
University of Iowa This year ex
tensive lans are being made for a
half-holiday, to be called Seniors' day,
when the Seniors will put on an ert

for Senior's Hay. Always before the
Seniors' celebration has necessitated
