Tuesday morning, the dedication of
the Liberty Memorial took place and
each of the above distinguished guests
gave n short talk which was greatly
upplauded because of the fact that j

favorably for the disarmament ques
tion. The memorial to be erected Is
to be. the finest in the country cost
ing a sum of two million dollars. In
the afternoon the big parade was held,
the parade was eight miles long and
all states were represented, ex-servce
men totaling sitfty thousand. One
hundred bands participated and the
Lincoln post band won second place, a
prize of $500.00. The evening followed
by convention meeting and rallies, an.l
shirt tail parades.

buddies, friends and officers was a
