Flanagan and Marion in their novel skit "A Lesson in Golf" drew several acuity laughs. Mr. Marion, one of California's leading professional golf ists, does the instructing in a most convincing manner. We real'y enjoyed Carson & Willard, the most of anything on the bill. The act is sure-fire and doubly-sure be cause of "The Doctor." The Doctor makes a venerable speech scattering sparklmg bits of wisdom among other things he says: Beauty is only knee high, which judging by the campus of ferings is very apropos. The bill closes with the Four Larniy r.others in a fine acrobatic act. There are four other acts and two reels of pictures. The Temple. Lieuranee's symphony orchestra gave a really fine concert at the Tem ple theater Monday night. The or chestra is preparing to go out on lyceum work and are deserving of a very successful season.
