FARM STUDENTS TRY
FOR TRACK TEAM
Fifteen men took part in the pre
liminary tryout for the College of
Agriculture track team that was held
Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 6 on the
cinder track north of Engineering
Hall at the Farm campus.
Track Manager Bachkora said he
thought the men trying out at the
Farm -with those on the city campus
would furnish material for a strong
team.
Difficulty has been encountered
from conflicts in the men's schedules,
especially among the freshmen and
sophomores. In order that more men
may be able to practice, some of the
laboratory periods have been shifted.
Monday and Saturday track practice
will be held on the down-town campus
each week.
