COLORADO TO FIGHT HARD
(Continued from Page 1.)
lies entirely on what his experienced
men can accomplish in ' this inter-
conference game.
On Saturday Hughes played every
available man at Laramie, Wyo., to
determine how much knowledge and
ability each one had. He gave them
all a chance and the following day
reached a decision as to his probable
lineup against Nebraska.
A Big Game for the Aggies.
"It is going to be a big game for
us," Hughes told the Stars corre
spondent. "We feel the importance
of an opportunity to play the Uni
versity of Nebraska and it is up to
us to make the very best possible
Bhowing in the inter-conference game
Coming bo early in the season, wt
are not In very good shape and this
is due largely to the fact that we
have bad to crowd things. .The men
have had little chance to get into
shape and working them hard ha
had a bad effect on several of the
men. as you have observed. Three
are out and there is little likelihood
of their shaping up by next Saturday
"Nebraska will have an advantage
In weight orer us, as it would bf
foolhardy to send In the big men
who are green to the core. We must
play our experienced men, which
means that we will have what should
be termed a light team. That is
wh6re my only hopes lies. With the
light men having had experience in
some hard battles, we may make a
much better Bhowing and we certain
ly won't look as foolish as we would
by playing the big men because of
their slxe and weight"
Keep an eye open for the Roiewild
announcement on October 29.

Marked Style Changes
in Men's Clothes for Fall
Style changes for Fall as correctly
interpreted by Society Brand Clothes
will be heartily welcomed by under
graduates who pay particular heed to
their appearance.
The long vent in the coat has gone
Vents in modish suits this Fall will be
noticeably shorter.
Body contours have changed. The
high waist line and the pinched -in
effect have gone.
Coats hang with greater fullness
from the shoulder. The result is a
pleasing effect of unusual ease and
smartness.
These are the distinctive style
features that mark this season's
models in Society Brand Clothes.
