GIRLS' TENNIS TOURNEY
PLANNED FOR AUTUMN
A girls tennis tournament will be
held this fall under the auspices of
the W. A. A. It is thought that a
tournament this fall will be very suc
cessful as the courts are in excellent
condition and the weather good. Bad
weather usually interferes with a
spring tournament and the players
lose interest if it drags along. There
are usually a large number of girl?
in school who are interested in tennis.
Last fall over sixty aspirants for
tennis honors were entered in the
tournament A poster will be put up
s&on on the W. A. A. bulletin board
which those who will enter the tour
nament should sign. W. A. A. points
are given to the winners. ' Ruth
DuBois, W. A. A. tennis leader, will
have charge of the tournament
