Silver Lynx
Silver Lynx entertained thirty
couples Saturday evening at a dinner
lit the ehapler house. Old rose and
silver streamers hung from the chan
delier to each corner of the room.
Dinner -was served at small tables
which were daintly appointed in rose
mid silver. Rose shaded candles in
silver sticks furnished a soil light in
the room. Spring (lowers formed the
'i ntorpiecys, and dancing enjoyed be
itween the courses. Those invited as
I chaperons were Mr. and Mrs. Leon M.
; Decker, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. ttein. Mrs.

I Thirty couples were entertained in
formally at a house dance given by
! Kappa Helta Phi. Drown and gold,

scheme used throughout the rooms,

Theta Sigma Phi
One of the most attractive and
oiiginal parties this year was given
by Theta Sigma Phi. woman's honor
ary journalistic fraternity, at the Wo
man's Hall. Carrying out. the idea ol
a "Dill Board Ball" flaring and well
'nnwn posters were fastened on to
streamers of old rose and green which
were suspended from the ceiling.
Newspapers, cut into narrow shreds,
were draped above the arched doors
leading from one room to another.
Alpha Chi Omega
The thirtieth annual banquet of XI
chapter of Alpha Chi Omega was held
in the Garden room of the Lincoln
Hotel, The three long tables were
decorated with centerpieces, of red
roses. Green candles in crystal

Miss Harriet Ramey was hostess at
a tea given for the active and alumnae
members of Kappa Delta at her home
at iri.Kt C street in honor of Miss Sara
Blue, the national ehapterian of 1he
fraternity. Baskets of late spring
(lowers were used as the decorations.
White and green, the fraternity colors,
were used as the color scheme in the
decorations. About fifty guests were
