Pi Kappa Thi held its annual
ulster's day Sunday at the Chapter
house. Among the guests were: Miss
Ruth Vinyart, Miss Margaret McCan
less. Miss Harriet Ford, Mrs. Sherman
Oyler, Miss Oakle Cochran, Miss Ruth
Larson, Miss Goldie Peterson, Miss
Stella Lewellen, Miss Ede Jungmeyer,
Miss Huldah Jungmeyer, Miss Mildred
Fegler, Miss Katherlne Wills.
The annual banquet of Phi Delta
Theta was held Saturday evening at
the chapter house. Covers for ninety
were arranged at small tables. The
fraternity colors, blue and white,
were used in the decoration and bas
kets of white carnations decorated
the tables.
P. R. Halligan acted as toastmaster
and the following responded to toasts:
"In the Days Gone By," R. A. Gantt;
"The Active Chapter," Le Ross Ham
mond; "Reconstruction," Archer Bunt
ing; "Alumni Co-operation," Miles
Houck.
An orchestra played during the
banquet and the Freshmen put on a
skit between courses.

Phi Gamma Delta was hostess at a
house dance given at the chapter
house. Thirty couples we,re enter
tained. Purple and gold, the frater
nity colors formed the color scheme
in the decorations and refreshments.

One hundred couples were enter
tained at the annual formal dancing

the main ballroom of the Lincoln
Hotel. Palms, in tall black Jars, and
yellow lamp shades, carried out the
fraternity colors, gold and black.

The annual banquet of Alpha Gam
ma Rho was held in the Chinese
room of the Lincoln Hotel. Sixty
guests were present American beauty
roses, the fraternity flower, were used
as a center piece.

Delta Gamma
Kappa chapter of Delta Gamma held
its annual banquet in the Garden
room of the Lincoln Hotel. One hun
dred members of the fraternity were
present The decorations skillfully
arranged gave an effect of Egypt by
using throughout the color scheme of
burnt orange and sepia brown. At
one end of the room were three
Egyptian palms. The long tables
were decorated with crystal candle
sticks with shades of brown parch
ment on which were painted copies of
Egyptian drawings and hieroglyphics.

poppies were placed between the
candles. Place cards, represented
Egyptian dancing girls and miniture
jewel caskets were placed at each
cover. Between two of the courses
the annual paper. Delta Slammer, was
distributed. Marian Watkins, as toast
mistress, called upon the following

Alpha Xi Delta was hostess at a
house dance given at the chapter

The active chapter of Kappa Kappa
Gamma entertained thirty couples at
a house dance Saturday evening. The
house was decorated with pink roses
Mrs. H. M. McHenry and Miss D. Mc
Henry acted as chaperons. Out of
town guests were: Helen Adleman
and Man Findley. both of Omaha.
Sigma Chi entertained twenty-five
couples at a house dance Saturday
evening. The fraternity colors, blue
and gold, were used throughout the
house for decoration. Mr. and Mrs
Harry Grainger acted as chaperons
f)ut of town guests were: Miss
Dorothy Bates, Dale Jones. Edwin
Moran, William Goodman, Douglas
Bartors and James Maloney.
Kappa Kappa Gamma
The active members of Sigma chap
ter of Kappa Kappa Gamma were
entertained at a dinner at the borne
of the Misses Helen and Marion Hall.

given by Pbi Delta Theta in the main
ballroom of the Lincoln Hotel, Frl

lamps were placed about the ball
rnom. and the orchestra was hidden
by palms and ferns'. Colored paper
chds. whistles and horns were ais
tributed during the evening. Those

Mrs. H. Harley, Mr. and Mrs. R. H
Wolcott Mr. and Mrs. Harding and
Mr. and Mrs. Ryons. Out of town
