Sarah Weston. 17. who is teach ing this year at Beatrice, is visiting at the Kappa Alpha Theta house. Marian Guerney has gone to her home at Fremont for a few days. In Includes a number of drawings reproduced in tho Cornhusker last year. The Rreater part of the work ns done during the past summer In colored crayon. Two plates were dene by Klrsh at the state fair. A model was posed in the university pa vilion and the drawings made from life. Klrsh has succeeded in producing vivid landscapes with very vibrant colors. Nautical Astronomy All students wishing to take a course In nautical astronomy are ask ed to meet for a few moments at the observatory on Thursday at eleven o'clock to agree upon a class hour, since the hour first selected proves not available. Any who wish to take the course, but are unable to be pres ent at the time stated will need to sec Professor Swezey before that time, and to leave with him their schedule for the week. The course will be for a two hour credit: plane trigonometry prere quisith.
