Thaden, '19, was elected presi dent of the United Ag club and Howard Jensen chosen secretary at the final meeting of the club held Friday evening. Thaden succeeds Lila Drolllnger who was president of the organization last semester. The new leader has distinguished himself in agricultural circles this year, hav ing represented Nebraska in a num ber of Judging contests and otherwise. Vacate Nebraska Hall to Soldier Students According to present plans the pharmacy department is to move to the Chemistry building which is be ing vacated. The department of geog raphy and conservation will move into the new Chemistry building tempo rarily. These departments will be re turned to Nebraska hall when It is vacated by the war department - The Nebraska hall is now housing the college of pharmacy, the depart ment of geography and conservation, conservation and 60il survey, state conservation and welfare commission, and the Red Cross work at the Uni versity, and is therefore one of the busiest buildings on the campus and is well adapted for the war purposes. At present all rooms except those on the very top are occupied.
