COUNCIL OF DEFENSE TO HAVE WOMEN SPEAKERS State Chairman Announces Op portunities or University Co-Eds to Aid Program A speakers' bureau haB been organ ized by the women's committee of the State Council of Defense through which speakers are supplied to meet the state demand for conservation lec turers. Mrs. May Field. 544 South Seventeenth Street is president of the organization. It is the work of this bureau to aee that speakers are supplied for con servation meetings. This requires a large number of lectures and Trof. Sarka Hrbkova, chairman of the wom en's committee stated that volunteer's from among the University women would probably be able to get work along this line during the summer. From ten to twenty capable women will be needed to carry on this work.
