A man who is not able to express him self is handicapped. The one who can come before an audience, who can get the power of his subconscious mind, has power over his audience. Who the faculty champions will be has not been announced, but the com mittee intends to ask men who are famed for the strength of their minds, as well as for the agility of their muscles.
