CALIF. Drill vs. Gymnasium The faculty of the University of Pennsylvania is debating the question of military drill. Some believe that the establishment of this science would be of more benefit than the present gymnasium system. V EAR P5JTCED WENS WEA' mm? Screams by Miss Annis Chaikin, alumni association secretary, redou bled by Miss Pennington, notified the force in the Administration building Saturday afternoon that a huge musk rat was loose. The animal had wan dered into the Alumni office from a drain pipe in the neighborhood. Guy Reed responded heroically, but was unable to capture the rodent. The added din attracted Paul Babson, who forgot his Comhusker worries long enough to Join in the chase. The muskrat, however, wos sa nimble and adverse to being petted that the allies made much noise and no progress. About this time Henry Harper up stairs became alarmed and came down to investigate. Seeing the situation, he promptly declared war and took his place with Reed and Babson. The muskrat finally succumbed to a deter mined attack. It was forced Into a corner and bagged with a waste has ket. The unfortunate -quadruped was hauled off to the Geology department. Here he was caged In an empty waste basket and exposed to the gaze of the curious. Sunday he was "shot" by a camera, and the chances are very good that the pictures will find their way Into the coming Comhusker.
