THE WOMEN'S PAGE
PUBLISHED BY GIRLS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA EVERY WEEK

Published Weekly Jan. . 191C
Doris Slater Editor
This page is precisely for girls, as
you will see. It is a new diversion, the
success of which depends, girls, mainly
upon your use of it. Do you want it?
lUis the page where only your news
items and, advertisements for you will
appear. Hand In whatever news you
would like to see printed once a week.
If you have any suggestions for this
page, we would be only too glad to
consider them, for we are only experi
menting. It would seem rather early to re
mind you of the Girls' Club conven
tion coming here in May, but a good
and worthy thing can never be made
too much of. What is your organiza
tion planning for that crowd of girls?
How are you going to help entertain
them and impress upon them that this
is not an institution in the midst of
Indians and no civilization? Let us
all plan to give- these girls a royal
good time and to instil in them some
of our Nebraska enthusiasm and de
mocracy which we so often boast.
There is a problem among us which
we do hope to solve in the near future.
It is that of Student Government and
of adopting the Point and Honor Sys
tems. Do you want them? Do you
think they are advisable? ' Think
about them and be ready to express
your opinion.
