In a Lively Discussion Older Men Win
on Question of Munitions
of War
The Freshman Sophomore debate
was held last evening in U. 102. The
question was: "Resolved. That the
sale of munitions of ar by ci'izens
of ibis country to European belliger
ents should be prohibited." The
Sophomores received .. unanimous decision.
The discussion was marked by
strong clashes between the t-vo teams
and a lively and interesting coniest
was the result.
The Sophomores were represented
by A. K. S wen son, A. H. Jensen, and
R. B. Waring. The Freshman team
members were George drives. Wil
liam C. Cull, and George Craven. The
Sophomore team was coached by Dr.
Maxey, while the Freshmen were
steered by Professor Virtue. Tne
