The alumnae chapter of Alpha Chi
Omega sorority met for luncheon at
the Lincoln hotel Saturday. Short
talks were given by several members
of the sorority.
Mrs. L. S. Fiegenbaum has returned
from a visit with her daughter, Mis.
A. E. Ewing of Chicago. Mrs. Ewing
was Inez Fiegenbaum, Delta Gamma.
Mr. and Mrs. Ewing attended the
University of Nebraska.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray E. Rice will start
for India as missionaries, November
2. Both Mr. and Mrs. Rice are gradu
ates of the University and completed
their training at the Christian College
of Missions in Indianapolis, Ind., last
spring.
The Union Literary Society gave a
mixed program Friday evening. Sev
eral musical selections were rendered
and then the boys gave a stunt en
titled, "Life on a Farm." A social
time followed, enlivened by a spelling
contest
A large crowd attended the meet
ing of the Palladian Literary Society,
Friday night. A comedy, "The Red
Button," was given by the following
girls: Geneva Seeger, Winnifred
Seeger, Edith Higgins, and Hazel
MacClean.
Invitations have been issued for the

of Alliance, to take place on October
21. Both of the young people gradu
ated from the University in 1912.
Miss Tibbets is a member of Kappa
Alpha Theta sorority and Mr. Red
dish is a member of Alpha Tau Omega
fraternity. He is at present practic
ing law in Alliance.

One hundred eight tickets inclusive
