about 400 pounds of miscellaneous castings among which was iron work for one of the laundry machines The Novelty Iron and Brass works is well fitted for any work in its Hue The old Oluey barn has been converted into a foundry of most convenient and haudy proportions The lower room is fitted for the cast ing operation and there is also machin ery for finishing the work produced The cupola is well built and has a good large capacity A steam engine fur nishes power to operate tho blower and othor machinery Upstairs is tho pattern room and tools aud appliances for doing the necessary woodwork
