100 to be forfeited if contractor fails to
make contract or file an acceptable bond
within fifteen days from date of letting
The board of county commissioners
reserve the right to award separate con
tracts for pile bridges combination
bridges and steol bridges also the right
to reject any or all bids
The party awarded the contract will
bo required to give a good and sufficient
bond conditioned for the faithful per
formance of tho contract with at least
one surety resident of Mndison county
