wrought the wonderful change for

About one hundred Indians came to
town Sunday and during the after
noon and evening there seemed to be
as many Indians on the street as
white people Sunday night there
was a great pow wow the singing con
tinuing all night prior to the depart
ure of the Indians for the east
Work is being pushed on the differ
ent buildings around town now The
court house is being laid with joists
for the first floor Quigley Braytons
building is being prepared for joists
by drilling holes in the Parker build
ing and the drug store for the first
Jloor the Krug building is x being
lathed preparatory to plastering the
stone work being completed-

this week to look after the electric
light plant being put in here The
