and telling his experience with small

last week containing a history of the
regiment he soldiered in during the
civil war which recalls the many in
cidents to his mind of his experience
as a soldier Mr Hopkins met many
of his old comrades last summer at
the reunion in Chicago though moit
of them are now dead Of the 003
men who enlisted in his regiment
about one third were mustered out
and now only about one third of those
are living
