who were to be given jobs are still
tramping Hawaii which was to have
been annexed is still an independent
countiy the tariff which was a dis
grace has been superseded by a worse

good and prosperity seems about
ready to dawn on the country at

as the other work of the board hn
done under the old statute
This it will be observed is exactly
the position takeu by this paper ever
since the enactment of the law and it
is the position which almost every
newspaper in the state will take
