will convene the Sioux county term of
district court at Harrison The follow
ing Monday he will bogin court in Box
Butte county The first Monday in
December he holds a special term in
Dawes count and this will finish

two counties in this district which had
their court dockets entirely cleared
That is every case was disposed of
Those counties were Rock and Jeya
Paha This we believe is the first
time this thing has occured in the his
tory of this judicial district Certainly
Sheridan countys docket has never
been without a case since the first one
was filed nearly a dozen years ago We
believe that district judges are often
too lenient with litigants and their

evening all report having a good time
